De Papsleef’n needed a digital platform where orchestra members could securely access and download musical arrangements. With many files to manage and a large group of musicians relying on up-to-date materials, the goal was to streamline access while keeping everything organized in one central place.
The main challenge was to create a secure, members-only environment with a structured folder system that could handle frequent updates. The platform needed to be simple enough for all members to use, yet robust enough to protect copyrighted arrangements and ensure only authorized users could access them.
A custom-built member portal was developed, allowing users to log in and access a protected file repository. All arrangements are neatly organized in secure folders, enabling members to quickly find and download the materials they need. The system prioritizes ease of use and strong access control, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for every musician.
